Delivery
Made-to-order pieces are made for you at the bench and dispatched when they're hallmarked — the product page shows the estimated dispatch date. Pieces in stock ship the next working day. Every parcel is tracked, insured and needs a signature. A bag with any made-to-order piece ships together.
Returns window
Unworn pieces may be returned within 30 days in their original packaging for a full refund. Start a return from your account, or contact the studio. Bespoke and engraved pieces are final sale.
Refunds
We refund to your original payment method within 5 working days of receiving your return. Gift card purchases are refunded to the gift card.
