Ogbegems is the controller of your personal data. We collect only what we need to make and deliver your jewellery, answer your enquiries and — if you agree — send you news.
What we keep
Order details and delivery addresses are kept for 6 years for tax purposes. Open bags are cleared after 30 days; bespoke enquiries after 2 years without an order.
Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to run the bag, checkout and sign-in. With your permission we also use analytics (Google Analytics 4) and marketing cookies. You can change your choice at any time.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data or for it to be deleted from your account's “Privacy & data” page, or by emailing admin@ogbegems.co.uk.
